If you are requesting a medley, remember that each title must be requested separately.

You only have to do this once! They'll keep it on file.

Step Three: Confirmation

After you've made your request, we'll examine all the information and:

Contact you to provide price quote
Schedule a tentative date for delivery
Upon your approval, we'll begin the permissions process (or confirm that you've done so)

Lafayette Music Productions, Inc. and Eric Van Cleave are not able to distribute copyrighted material without obtaining Permission to Arrange from publisher.

NEVER request Permission To Arrange from a publisher without first consulting arranger.
